This policy explains what data GoldScalper Pro collects when the MT5 Expert Advisor, Android companion app, and dashboard are used, and how that data is used and protected.

Information collected
- Account details provided at registration, such as email address and authentication credentials.
- License and subscription data, including plan, license key, MT5 account number, broker, and server name used to bind the EA to your account.
- Trading data reported by the EA and Android app, such as trade tickets, symbols, lot sizes, open/close prices, and profit/loss, used to power dashboard analytics.
- Payment verification data for USDT (TRC20) transactions, including wallet addresses and transaction hashes used to confirm payment on-chain.
- Technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, and basic usage logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

How information is used
- To activate and maintain your license and subscription, bind it to your MT5 account, and enforce per-plan device limits.
- To display trade history and performance analytics on your dashboard.
- To verify crypto payments on-chain, issue receipts, and process refunds where eligible.
- To respond to support tickets and send service-related notices, such as renewal reminders or security alerts.
- To detect abuse, license sharing outside plan limits, and other violations of the Terms.

International data transfers
- Data may be processed and stored on infrastructure located in a different country from where you access the service. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied consistent with applicable data-protection law.

Data retention
- Account, license, and trade data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy support, security, and accounting needs.
- Account data deletion can be requested at any time | see "Your rights" below.

Your rights
- Trade history and license details can be accessed or exported from your dashboard at any time.
- Correction of inaccurate account details or deletion of your account can be requested by contacting support. Deletion requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any data required for legal or accounting purposes.

Security
- Industry-standard safeguards | including encrypted connections and row-level access controls on stored data | protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's privacy
- GoldScalper Pro is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. Personal data is not knowingly collected from minors.

- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
